Shipping Policy

Guiltless by Shayne ships free for subscriptions and individual orders of $60 or more, anywhere int he continental U.S. via UPS or FedEx. 

Timing: Just place your order on our website and our courier delivery team will be ready to get your order delivered to you via by the date available at checkout.  Our shipping takes from 1 - 3 days depending on your location and we ship orders Monday - Wed/Thur depending on your location. Orders received by 10am (EST) will ship the same day or the following Monday if received on a day that would require shipping during the weekend.

At this time, we are sorry to say that we do not ship internationally.  Keep an eye out as we grow—we hope to be in your country soon!

If you receive notification that your package has arrived and it's not there yet follow these steps: FedEx requests that we wait 48 hours after delivery notifications (excluding Sundays and holidays!) to file a claim. Keep an eye out—sometimes packages are marked as delivered even though they’re still on their way to you. After 48 hours if you’re still not seeing your cupcakes, let us know at love@guiltlessbyshayne.com  and we can get you all squared away!
