Our cupcakes ship frozen! So, it’s important they are placed directly into the freezer upon delivery. While they can obviously be enjoyed at room temperature, they should be stored in the freezer for their 1 year shelf life or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
We’re not like a regular cupcake, we’re a cool cupcake (Mean Girls reference anyone?) But quite literally, our cupcakes are best kept frozen for up to 1 year, or refrigerated for 5 days.
Are your shipping materials eco-friendly? YAS! Our shipping materials that keep your cupcakes frozen are 100% biodegradable. You heard right. We use foam and insolation materials that are made from non-GMO cornstarch. This means that there is ZERO waste and impact on our environment when we ship our cupcakes to you. Tear the film and remove the Green Cell Foam panels. Recycle the film with other #4 plastics. Dissolve the Green Cell Foam panels in the sink; they're safe for pipes, septic and waste treatment facilities. Green Cell Foam is also backyard compostable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can always contact us for any return question at love@guiltlessbyshayne.com.
